Job Description:

Westchase 9999 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77042 Hiring Managers will be onsite to speak to
potential candidates

•Supervising Instrument/Controls Engineer for Offshore projects.
•Develop project scope and design packages for Offshore projects.
•Lead the work of other engineers and designers.
•Interface with multi discipline project teams.
•Provide subject matter expertise on Instrument and Control Systems design issues.
•Utilize INTOOLs to develop Instrument data sheets and Instrument Index.
•Assist in the development of P&IDs.
•Participate in HAZOPs and SIL selection reviews.
•Specify field instruments and control systems.
•Develop SAFE charts and cause and effect diagrams.


Job Requirements
•BS or MS in an engineering degree minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience; relevant
professional registration preferred.
•Computer proficiency required; Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
•Expert Instrument and Control Systems design knowledge required.
•Prior supervision experience over small to medium size teams on small to medium sized projects,
minimum 5 years of supervision experience total.
•INTOOLs experience.
•Field instrument specification experience.
•P&ID development experience.
•Offshore project development experience a plus.
•Brownfield project development experience a plus.
•Gulf of Mexico project development experience a plus.
