Job Position : Sr. Administrator (Project coordinator)

Experience:
3 - 6 Years in co-ordination of projects

Job Description
Skill set Required:
- Good communication skills.
- Good data management skills.
- Good computer operating knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel (preferrable).

Job Role/ Responsibilities:
- Support the ‘project’ management of the overall process from the time a contract is won to its completion to ensure that this happens in accordance with the team and time plan agreed with the client.
- Work with various internal departments / functions within the organization and and the team of the Management System Business Stream (MSBS), UK where required.
- Liaise with the Sales and Marketing team to provide information that they may require and also proactively seek their inputs of potential wins so as to advance plan resource requirements.
- Work closely with the technical team / team leaders / project experts & the Customer Services as well as the Project Manager to plan service delivery that is maintained within budgeted time and time lines.
- Seek feedback from external and internal clients and arrange to respond to any expressions of dissatisfaction.
- Effectively communicate with Customer Services / Technical staff of offices in South East Asia where the India Business Centre supports service delivery.
- Maintenance of records (including those of technical / non technical resources undertaking CCS work) mandated by the relevant accreditation requirements.
