AAI Recruitment 2012 – 272 Assistant Vacancies: Airport Authority of India (AAI), a Category- 1 Mini Ratna Public Sector Enterprise has issued notification against recruitment of 272 Assistant posts at various levels. Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format on or before 15-05-2012. 1.AAI Vacancy Details:
Total Number of Vacancies: 272
Names of Posts:
1. Junior Assistant (Fire Service)-NE-4 – 250 vacancies
2. Assistant (Office)-NE-5 – 15 vacancies
3. Senior Assistant (Statistics)-NE-6 – 01 vacancy
4. Senior Assistant (Statistics)-NE-6 – 05 vacancies
5. Senior Assistant (Nursing) -NE-6 – 01 vacancy

Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be below 35 years for Sr. Assistant Nursing post and below 30 years for all other posts. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 15-04-2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).

Educational Qualification: Candidates are asked to refer to the notification for the details of post wise required educational qualification.

Application Fee Details: General and OBC candidates need to pay application fee Rs. 100/- and SC/ST/Women candidates are exempted from payment of fee. Fee must be in form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Airports Authority of India, payable at Chennai.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test and Interview. Candidates applying for the post with sl no. 1 would need to appear for physical measurement, driving test and endurance test and those applying for post 2 would need to appear for typing test, in addition.

How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the notification, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature, super scribe the name of the post to be applied for on the envelope and send it along with DD and Copies of all relevant certificates, to the following address, The Regional Executive Director, Airports Authority of India, Southern Region, Chennai – 600 027 on or before 15-05-2012.

2.AAI Vacancy details:-

1. Junior Executive (ATC): 200 vacancies
2. Junior Executive (Electronics): 159 vacancies

Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be below 27 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 01-04-2012. (Age relaxations extended as per Govt. rules).

Educational Qualification: Candidates are asked to go through the notification for the details of required educational qualification.

Application Fee Details: Candidates need to pay rs. 420/- towards application fee and Rs. 20/- towards processing fee, in for of Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of Airport Authority of India drawn on any bank, payable at HDFC Branches. Credit/Debit card users must pay Rs. 414.34/- towards application fee and Rs. 14.34/- towards processing fee. SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates are exempted from Fee Payment

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test, Voice Test (for ATC) and Interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates must apply online through AAI website www.aai.aero on or before 30-03-2012 for the Junior Executive vacancies and retain the Fee Receipt and Application Form print out for use in future.

2. Select the Career link followed by Online Recruitment link.
3. Fill all the details of application form including fee payment details.
4. Upload passport size photograph and signature at the places provided.
5. Submit the application.
6. Download and take print of system generated Registration Slip which allots a unique registration number.

3.AAI Vacancy details:-
No. of Vacancies: 29
Name of Post: Junior Assistant (MT Driver)

Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be below 30 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 29-02-2012. (Age relaxations extended as per Govt. rules).

Educational Qualification: Candidates must be 10th pass with valid driving license for the last 2 years for Heavy Duty Vehicles.

Application Fee Details: Candidates need to pay fee in form of Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank for Rs 100/- in favor of Airports Authority of India (except SC/ST candidates as per Govt. policy).

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test, Trade Test and Interview.

How to Apply:Candidates need to apply for the post through prescribed application format available in the notification, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature of Gazetted Officer, and send it along with copies of all relevant certificates and DD to the following address, Office of General Manager (HR), Airports Authority of India, Regional Headquarters, Northern Region, Operational Offices, Gurgaon Road, New Delhi –110037 on or before 16-04-2012.
